Программы расчета элементов орбит

Случайно не уточняли, в мануле для этой программы http://www.projectpluto.com/find_orb.htm написано, один из пунктов:

The algorithm for determining the initial orbit is a little bit better. There were a few cases, mostly involving very short arcs or Earth-orbiting objects, that simply left that part of Find_Orb baffled, so it would latch onto some unlikely solution. I think these have been quashed. If you find a case where Find_Orb loads up the data and shows a completely unlikely orbit, please send that data to me at plüto@prôjéctplutö.cöm (obviously, removing diacritical marks inserted in hopes of confusing spammers!)
The 'observation details' section will now tell you how "long ago" the observation was made (up to 100 days ago). Personally, I find this useful if I've got some fresh observations and am trying to figure out just how fresh they are.
The text-based (console) version has a much better UI now. Ephemeris generation now has a little sub-menu that vastly simplifies and speeds up that process. Many small changes have been made as well; for example, it now shows color-coded MPC stations, making the different stations more more obvious. (In truth, I now greatly prefer the console version to the Windows version; you can get answers more rapidly and with fewer mouse clicks. But your mileage may vary.)
Previously, you could only set an epoch to a precision of .01 day. This limitation has been lifted.

Между тем, загрузив программу, обнаруживаем что она от 25 мая 2007г. и предельная точность эпохи так и осталась на уровне .01 :(

Ниже анимация карты покрытия для астероида (270) на основе уточнений Престона и на основе уточнений по своей астрометрии. 8)

Подскажите, а есть русифицированные программы расчета элементов орбит (к примеру, по 3-м наблюдениям)?
А то посмотрел выше ссылки. :'( Английским, конечно, владею...немного ;D, со словарем. Да и с компьютером не очень.
